Add or Remove Toolbars on Taskbar.

1. Press Windows+R to open Run, type gpedit.mdc and tap Ok
2. Open User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Start Menu and Taskbar/ Prevent users from adding or removing toolbars.
3. Choose Not Configured (or Disabled) and tap OK.
